This is not a self-calculating form. You must do your own calculations or let me do them and send you the total.

I will e-mail or call for confirmation after I receive your order. For orders over $25, payment must clear before I ship the
order. For unknown customers, I prefer to receive payment by money order or Paypal. I only ship within the United States. Currently, shipping is based on actual shipping costs and will be determined after you place your order (up to 16 cards can
ship Priority Mail for $4.75). I ship USPS for small items and UPS or Fedex for larger orders.

Greeting cards
To Mix & Match images and card verses, put the desired verse number in a separate line below the
image item number. Verses and envelopes are included with cards. Extra verses and envelopes are 25 cents each.
Enlargements
Most images can be printed up to 11x14 (some are printed 7x10 and 10x14 for correct proportions). A few can be printed larger. To order a print of a card image, use the card item number with the print size in the description. Call or e-mail for print pricing.
