An authorization number is required for all returns. If you need
to tell me about a problem with your order or request a return
authorization number, please e-mail me at email@example.com.
I do not offer refunds unless there is a problem with the order.
In that case I will correct my error by refund or exchange. If the problem is due to your error I may be able to give a discount on a reorder but will not be able to give a full refund or exchange.
If you would like a sample "A Rose Designs" card, please e-mail
firstname.lastname@example.org with "sample request" (or something similar) in
the subject line. Please be sure to give your postal address in the
body of the message.
